1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit malicious code, viruses or any material intended to damage or interfere with the website or its users.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs, descriptions and measurements accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing methods and the garment-dyeing process.

Garment-dyed products may have natural variations in shade and texture. These variations are part of the character of the garment and are not necessarily defects.

Product availability, colours, sizes and descriptions may change without notice.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many NBR27 products are produced after an order is placed.

Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after production has started.

Personalised products are created using the information submitted by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of all personalised information before submitting the order.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Violation of these Terms of Service

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and shipping information.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and other applicable charges may be calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party production and delivery partners.

Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production demand, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy:

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect the customer’s rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from the order.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this website, including the NBR27 name, branding, product designs, graphics, photographs, text and website presentation, is owned by or licensed to NBR27 unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party providers for payment processing, printing, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, advertising and customer support.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that are linked from our website. Accessing an external website is at your own discretion.

10. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant NBR27 permission to use submitted feedback for operating, improving and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
