Thank you for shopping with NBR27. Our products are made to order and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order, package weight, delivery destination, selected shipping method, and fulfillment provider.

The complete shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. Because products may be fulfilled by different providers or shipped from different locations, shipping charges may vary between products and orders.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

All NBR27 products are made to order. For orders delivered within the United States, the estimated total delivery time is 4–13 business days. This estimate includes production, order processing, and transit time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production demand, order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or peak shopping periods.

ESTIMATED TOTAL DELIVERY TIMES

United States

Orders delivered within the contiguous United States generally arrive within an estimated total of 4–13 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes production, processing, and shipping time.

Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other United States territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.

Canada

Orders delivered to Canada generally arrive within an estimated total of 12–35 business days after the order is placed.

European Countries

Orders delivered to supported European countries generally arrive within an estimated total of 12–35 business days after the order is placed.

Australia

Orders delivered to Australia generally arrive within an estimated total of 12–35 business days after the order is placed.

Rest of the World

Orders delivered to other supported international destinations generally arrive within an estimated total of 12–35 business days after the order is placed.

All delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Products within the same order may be produced by different fulfillment providers or shipped from different locations.

When this occurs, the order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Separate tracking information may be provided for each package.

Shipping charges may be calculated separately for products fulfilled from different locations. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. NBR27 does not control or determine charges imposed by customs or other local authorities.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

NBR27 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied during checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

If an order contains products shipped separately, each package may receive its own tracking information.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and assist you with the next steps.
